Acrostics ships worldwide. All orders are processed from our Los Angeles store using USPS services.
The shipping methods that we use are the following:
- Free shipping on all orders over $100
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
- USPS Priority Mail International: 3-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 2-5 business days
For your convenience and ease of mind, each package is provided with a tracking number. Please note that we don’t offer NON-TRACKED SURFACE/AIR SHIPPING METHODS as we want to avoid possible loss or damages for both parties without the security of receipt. Be advised that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders placed on acrosticsla.com are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm PST, excluding weekends and major holidays (Christmas and New Year; off from December 25th-January 1st). Orders are normally processed and shipped within or after 1-3 business days after the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. During every new item(s) release and/or flash sale events, processing may take longer than usual due to the high volume of orders being made. Processing may take up to 5-10 business days until we process you a tracking number and notify your shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Once the order has been placed, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and certain additional days for shipping. Delivery time will base on the shipping method the customer chooses.
All international shipping rates are based on the destination and the total weight and volume of your order as well as the method of delivery chosen. Duties and other taxes are not included under the price of the item on the product page and at checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your country’s local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Shipments with the current shipping methods are insured with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities after delivery including loss of items after delivery and of claims made with the shipping carrier.
All domestic orders over $100 USD are granted free shipping using FedEx International Economy.
