HOW WE ARE DEALING WITH COVID-19
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been carefully monitoring the progression of the virus and closely following the advice of the country’s public health authorities. We have followed their recommendations and have implemented numerous changes in our store to focus on our highest priority—the health and safety of our customers and staff.
As the virus continues to spread in communities across United States, we are seeing the need for increasingly bold action to reduce the transmission. We are making the difficult but necessary decision to close our Acrostics store in Los Angeles. This closure will go into effect from Friday, March 20, 2020.
Customers can still continue to shop on www.acrosticsla.com. However, due to measures imposed by governments around the world, there are currently unavoidable service impacts on outbound shipments. We ask for your patience and to anticipate delays on all shipping methods. Due to the dynamic nature of the situation, we are unable to provide an estimate of the severity of the delay.
